The service is good, but their products are not effective. I’ve been using their brightening serum and tretinoin cream for almost a year now, but I haven’t seen any progress at all. They don’t check the progress of your skin. They just let you keep availing their products without proper monitoring.

July 2022 to August 2023 While I was living in Barangay Ma-a, I decided to check available dermatology center nearest me and Facebook result suggested Southeast Dermatology which is located in The Compound at Tulip Drive, Matina, Davao City. Clinic Hours: Monday to Saturday; 9am to 6pm Facial – did not enjoy the facial service that was given by one of their staff. She was too light on her hands, almost not doing anything on my face. check up was so fast and the dermatologist didn't even properly checked. While paying, the cashier kept telling me to buy more products that DIDNT EVEN HELP ME AT ALLLLL and didnt even tell me what the real prices are, just kept saying "it's just 1k" when it actually is 1500..then saw it on lazada for 700 only 🙃 I trusted this derma cause it's popular in Davao. Sadly, you took advantage of my age and me being clueless with the market strategies. Only good thing is they smile, probably a strategy too at this point

I've been to this place many times and every visit is a pleasurable experience. The staff is friendly, the practice is very clean, and the interior design is superb. The service is excellent. Shoutout to Mae and Danilyn who went above and beyond.

I always get my fractional CO2 laser here and because of the service, how nice and accomodating they are — I will keep coming back and recommend this clinic to my friends and family. The staff are super accommodating. Doc Jen is super nice too! Procedure took longer than usual so they compensated me with free dinner – which was thoughtful bc I was a little bit starving already haha I also appreciate the transparency in their pricing. Most derma clinics wouldn’t even give you a range; they’d just outright reject you. Skincare is healthcare and should be accessible to all. Highly recommend this…

NOT YOUR ORDINARY Derma! -Doctors that specializes in skin problems in all ages. Adults, pregnant/ lactating and even kids who have eczema, psoriasis, hypersensitive skin etc... A great place to have your "me time". Their staffs are very accommodating❤️
