  • If your life feels too calm and you’re craving constant stress — move to Julphar. Here you’ll enjoy endless leaks from mixers, boilers, and pipes that take at least two weeks to fix. Workers will come, leave trash behind, and sometimes even treat your bathroom floor like a toilet. Balcony doors? Don’t bother — they barely open or close because the cheapest locks possible were installed. Get ready for moisture, wind, and constant noise in your apartment. The air conditioner doesn’t cool, it just makes a loud noise — and of course, no one will fix it. And the parking… that’s a punishment for…
  • The stay was wonderful, everything was clean and beautiful. They considered both kids and adults, with indoor and outdoor games for children, plus a pool and a gym. I just wish the price was a little cheaper.
  • Fantastic building with cozy apartment design and beautiful finishing. Close to Reem mall and bus station. Large balconies even for studios. I never had maintenance issues and everything has worked well. AC cools very well. Would be nice to increase cooling in hallways but it’s not a big deal as elevator comes quickly. Common areas are very clean. Gym and pool are very nice
  • I usually don’t write reviews — not even after a bad restaurant experience — but after nearly two years living here, I feel obligated to share. The building has serious construction issues: balcony doors don’t seal properly, so you’re constantly dealing with noise and humidity. Elevators are often dirty, and trash can be found regularly on the parking floors and in the garbage room. The worst part: for almost a year now, there has been an unresolved water leak from the ceiling of my bathroom. After nearly 10 visits and a different excuse each time, I had to push hard to even find out the leak…

  • New building with sub-par materials used. Parking lot is designed is as if wasn't a part of the building design initially, very tight and narrow. Horrible sound and humidity insulation from the window/balcony doors. Floor lobby temperature varies from floor to floor, welcoming mold, humidity and smell. Small lifts for Reem Island standards. Good for 3 people to use comfortably. Management/security have no control over who enters the building premises, crowd of people using public transportation go through the building's ground parking as a shortcut to the other side, despite raising this…
  • Do not move to this awful property. Twenty years without a car accident and within three I have scraped my car twice in the car park. Not only are the parking ramps very narrow. The apartments are very small - the bathroom so small I’ve had to take the door off to use it. The kitchen do not have enough storage - Infact storage is limited through. In the whole building everything is simply too small. It has a balcony but too narrow to be a good useable space. Stay away from this building. It is not a positive happy place. There are much nicer properties on Reem. This is certainly one to avoid.
  • After living in this building for almost a year I can confidently say that it’s the worse! 1. We were the first tenants in the apartment. By week two, the water heater unexpectedly blew out, flooding the entire space and damaging our new furniture—this just days after maintenance "fixed" a small leak we reported. 2. Maintenance is horrendous. Their interventions often worsen problems, and they leave stains on every wall they touch. 3. The fire alarm system is a nightmare! It goes on every now and then, even in the middle of the night. The alarm rings in the apartment and not the corridor…
  • Awful place. No AC in hallway. Garbage door does not close properly and the hallway stinks. Doesn't help with some apartments now converted to Airbnb's, feels like a hotel as everyday there is food and trash outside the doors waiting to be cleaned. Stairwells have not been maintained, walls are black with patches of dirt and mold. Gym is pathetic. Bathroom mold on ceiling and tiles. Water leakage on walls and ceilings in living room. AC does not cool in the house. Balcony door doesn't close properly, broken actually. Glass cleaning leaves filth and dirt with still unclean glass. Maintenance…
