Nice place for dining out and spending good time with friends or family so many cafes and restaurants also the splash park is amazing and free for kids and play ground, there is pharmacy, clinic,cranck gym, nursery, spa,bank,atm,medical center and so many things also dogs friendly park
A peaceful neighborhood park that always feels calm and a little quiet. There aren’t many places to eat nearby, but it’s still a lovely spot for a walk or to sit under the trees. Families will love the large kids’ area — with a spacious skate zone and a nice playground that keeps the little ones busy. The Paddle Club right across the green area is also very convenient if you enjoy staying active. Overall, a simple, clean community park with a relaxing vibe.
It is a great spot to spend time with family and friends. Outdoor events are very nice

Thai Festival in Sheikh Fatima Park. It's nice to know thai culture 🥰 Clean and neat park perfect for family and friends. Lots of coffee shop around, some groceries shop and pharmacy too. No need to worry what you will eat. Perfect for morning or afternoon walk with baby. They have play ground for kids and toddler for sure they will enjoy too. Will come back again next time will bring my friends with their babies. Rest room is clean but there's no baby changing room.
Garden area is good and play area for kids is good to spend about 15 mins. The more attractive area is the skate park. Shops and cafes are good. Very well maintained park.
Very nice area with multiple shops and coffee shops. There is a picnic area and playground for footballers. The area is quite big and the kids can definitely enjoy their time. It is also great for picnic time with the family. And if you are a padel enthusiat, then you can rent one of the few courts. There is also a dog park on the side corner. During winter, autumn and spring the place is spectacular with the refreshing breeze. However, in summer it is not tolerable due to heat and moist. Anyhow the place is amazing and definitely recommended for the families and children.
It is a comparatively new park in a nice community; still clean and quite well maintained. There are also security guards. The area is safe for kids. Also it's equipped for skating. Some benches are already broken though.
