I've truly enjoyed living at Magnus since last year. The people, building events and common areas are great! The staff is very nice. Arcadio is a great advisor, very professional and responsive
Magnus Brickell is the best new apartment community in the Brickell area. Management are timely and attentive and the building is always in good shape. The amenities are great and the pool deck gets the benefit of never being blocked by buildings so there is always constant sun. I would highly recommend anyone to live here who is looking for a safe, luxury, and nicely amenitized building.
Moving in was such a breeze thanks to my leasing agent, Jake D. The care he had shown from the minute I met him on my tour to working with me on my move-in. I had a few roadblocks come up and Jake never hesitated to help, he truly went above and beyond. Love the building so far!
Jared, the property manager at Magnus Brickell, is truly wonderful. He’s incredibly kind, helpful, and always approachable. From day one, he’s made the atmosphere of the building feel warm and welcoming, which really makes a difference in feeling at home. You can tell he genuinely cares about the residents and the community here. Highly recommend!

The staff at Magnus Brickell truly make this building something special. From day one, the level of professionalism, responsiveness, and care has been outstanding. A special shoutout to Jared, the property manager — he goes above and beyond and genuinely cares about the residents. His attention to detail and willingness to help make a huge difference, and it shows in how well the building is run. The amenities are hands down the best in the area, and combined with the staff, they’re the main reason I decided to stay in Brickell and renew my lease at Magnus Brickell. The team here adds an…
I had an amazing experience at Magnus Brickell. The building is beautiful, but the real highlight was Danaysha. She made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free, always helpful and quick to answer any questions. If you’re touring here, definitely ask for her, she’s fantastic!
Sofia was absolutely amazing to work with. She was patient, responsive, and very helpful on getting me into my apartment. The apartment itself has great finishes and I love the amenities. I truly recommend moving here and having Sofia help you do so.
Good experience so far. The amenities are solid, the residents are friendly, and the staff has always been helpful whenever I’ve had issues — like getting locked out of my apartment. Sophia and Jared, in particular, have been fantastic whenever I’ve needed assistance or had questions.
