Saint June is a really beautiful and peaceful place to live. The community is very well maintained, and the atmosphere feels calm and relaxing day to day. One of the things I enjoy the most are the walking trails around the property and the natural surroundings. Overall, it’s a very comfortable place where you can truly feel at ease.
The Saint June is truly a beautiful place to call home. It feels like a vacation resort but you’re only minutes from downtown Austin. No noise, no congestion, no traffic, plus amazing walking trails that surround this incredible community. It doesn’t get any better than this!

I have lived in 5 places over the past 6 years in Austin and SAINT JUNE IS BY FAR THE BEST. The management personnel, Jarred, Johnny and Nichole, all function as a team and take care of concerns responsibly and quickly. You don't hear excuses like some property managers you encounter at other "premier" properties. The condition of the entire property is exemplary, you can see it is cared for consistently. I want to highlight something unique about living here. The staff thinks ahead about building a good experience for residents and thinks outside the box to solve problems. I have seen that most strongly with the maintenance staff (Christian, as well as William and Jose) who: 1. Took the time to clearly explain a maintenance situation to me (the origin of which is not their fault, and ended up not being a big deal) so that I understood the work they needed to do, which was comforting and respectful. 2. This is our second year, and we just renewed for a third, at the Saint June apartments. I cannot express enough how wonderful this community is. The property is gorgeous, the views are stunning, and the apartments are thoughtfully laid out and beautifully designed. They are truly universal in design, making it easy for anyone to feel at home here. If you have a baby pet, they might just fall in love with the property too. I’ve been a resident at The Saint June since 2023 and have seen all kinds of changes over the years, but Johnny has truly been the best property manager yet. He’s not only attentive and committed to getting to know his residents, but he handles everything with genuine care and respect. Johnny is always professional, communicates clearly, and makes sure residents stay informed and reassured. I’ve had such a great experience living here. The design of the community is beautiful and thoughtfully integrated with nature, making it feel like a peaceful retreat while still being close to everything I need. The grounds are always well maintained and it’s clear that care is put into keeping the property in great condition. The staff truly make a difference as well.
