Very clean and beautiful hotel with excellent service. We had a great experience from start to finish. Everything was well organized, and the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. A special thank you to the manager, Serkan, who was outstanding during breakfast. He took great care of us and made sure everything was perfect. His professionalism and kindness truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended we will definitely be back!
Everything about my stay was perfect. The room was extremely clean, and a special thank you to Mercan, the cleaning lady who took care of my room.. she was so kind, friendly, and attentive. The service was incredible and all the staff were wonderful and welcoming. I truly loved the whole experience and would definitely come back!
I am writing this review especially for the cleaning lady,( Mercan. ) She is incredibly kind and compassionate. While I was staying at the hotel recovering from an illness, she kindly went out of her way and used her own money to buy me a squeeze bottle with a dropper that helped me drink water easily without much effort. She is truly warm and friendly. I would like to thank her again. We need more people like her.
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and I am extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The service was excellent, and the room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. One staff member in particular, Behzat, stood out to me in a very positive way. He was especially friendly, attentive, and accommodating, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I can definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The rooms are small suites with a little living room and kitchen. Good size to be comfortable and well cleaned. The breakfast is good with many options from the buffet and eggs can be ordered by your choice. We tried the room service menu for one dinner and it was decent. The location of the hotel is a bit outside of the city but was convenient for our purposes. The staff was always attentive, helpful and friendly.

I liked everything about this hotel. Most importantly, the customer service and their hospitality. Everyone is welcoming and willing to help. As for the cleanliness, I can assure you, the rooms are very clean and house keeping ensures attention to details. Beds are comfortable, location was perfect. I would come back again!
