Building Managers who are only looking after themselves.
Pleasant sea and city views, located near train station, friendly concierge team and supermarket is just located at buildings’ basement.
In April 2023, this building polluted nearby Berry’s Creek (which runs to the Harbour) with diesel, which killed all the fish and other animals that live there.
Great central location except the fact that it appears very narrow way to the basement and the residental car park starts from basement 7 !
