Good and the prices are reasonable. I wish you good luck to the work team.
The worse construction quality ever , after the earthquake all walls have serious damage, I contacted the service team many time they keep asking me to wait, they will solve between July and August as they promised 😀... big joke ... in last October water enter all my flats, the situation was very bad , they solve it , but all the time I have serious problems in flats from the poor construction, and the service is very late and not responding well all the time , they just called you to pay the monthly services charges 🤣
Project is good , view is great but close to commercial factories
Everytime I have been here its been super windy. Beautiful views and near a gorgeous masjid. But worried the strong winds will prevent usage of the outdoor swimming pools and amenities. Project is almost complete. Lets see what final results are. Excited Update: disappointed that monthly association fees of $210 on my 3+1 does not get me access to the gym. I only visit 1 week every 3 months. The daily rate for gym is about $30 and yearly is $1000. This is ridiculous. No access to indoor pool for demirlife residents with the $210 monthly fee above
