Our experience with Logel Homes and everyone involved has been truly exceptional. We are deeply grateful to our fairy mortgage broker, Brianne, who turned the impossible into possible for us. She believed in our case when others did not, and with the support of her wonderful assistant, Sylvia, she helped us achieve our dream of purchasing a condo. A special thank-you as well to the entire Logel Homes team — Paul, Kim, Jared, Matthew, Zanna, and Isabella. Their professionalism, kindness, and support made this entire journey smooth and stress-free. Logel Homes consistently found solutions for…
What an amazing Team and a superb experience. Just want to say how happy my wife and I are with the amazing service from the waterside team . Exceptional customer service, never leaving out any important detail , always happy to assist with any questions ,extremely responsive with all communications. We are very happy in our new home and would highly recommend this builder and the A Team at Waterside . Paul , Zanna , Hannah , and you to Jared if your out there . Also a shout out to all the amazing trades and site supers as they are equally amazing. I have 30 years in the building industry and…
Fantastic experience from start to finish! Paul, Wanna, Chloe, Maria, Christian all are Fantastic and make you feel valued! We are very happy with our unit and the finished product. My only small gripe is the underground parking spots are small but this is the norm in Calgary condo buildings. We would highly recommend purchasing at Waterside Mahogany and are currently considering to buy another unit for rental. Update ***no major issues with unit and one small issue we had was dealt with very fast. Still very satisfied with our purchase and would highly recommend.
We would like to say thank you to Mark from the warranty team. Mark has gone above and beyond with helping us with our condo service requests. The trades that Logel uses for their warranty work are phenomenal, very courteous and clean This just adds to our enjoyment of our Logel condo from the sales team to the after sales support

I had such an amazing experience with the team at Waterside- I was a first time home buyer and everything from the start to finish went extremely smooth. Paul, Jared, and Christian were all so helpful and very responsive every step of the way. I have absolutely no complaints. Thanks for everything, I could not be happier! (and the view is insane :))
From start to finish, our experience with Logel Homes has been exceptional. Every step of the way—from the sales team to the move-in coordinator—we’ve felt genuinely supported and cared for. Paul, Jared, Isabella, and Matthew have consistently gone above and beyond to ensure we felt informed, heard, and valued throughout the process. A special mention goes to Christian, who led our walk-through with professionalism and a clear dedication to client satisfaction. It was evident that our happiness with our new home was his top priority. Thanks to the incredible team at Logel, we’re not just…
I just purchased my first investment property with Paul & the team at Waterside. I had done my due diligence on countless home builders & have to say Logel Homes consistently proves their status as one of the top Builders in Calgary for a reason. The entire experience was effortless & Paul turned a daunting experience for me as a first time investor into an exciting one. Can't wait for the next purchase & to see what Logel does next!
