The balcony rails are so noisy when the wind blows it would be impossible to talk over the noise, or sleep. The Esplanade side has design on the side of building that emits a tone constantly. Update - July 2025 It's been 2 months and they have done nothing but cover the railings with cloth to dampen the noise. This week they started removing it off the balconies of the "show suites". Taking people through like there is not a serious issue with the railings and design of the building.
