Fire alarm every day 20 times per day at 3 am at any time of the day iam Tired I don’t know why to do anymore . Is the worst building the staff extremely rude all the time . Have no idea of how to handle. The fire alarm team is keep saying us since September we trying to fix the fire alarm system and nothing is happening. Do not move here it’s a big big mistake . I’ve been 8 years in Dubai is the WORST BUILDING EVER.
Right, first off when I was here for the first week I left a good review but now I have to leave the worst, constant fire alarms waking me up multiple times in the night UNACCEPTABLE and staff were called to fix a leak problem in my apartment I had locked my door, after knocking they immediately pulled the handle and attempted to enter but lucky for me the door was locked. This is atrocious and I know they will reply with their usual bot reply but you may be facing a lawsuit as this is not acceptable in any way
I am currently staying here and while at first the property looks quite neat but the poor management has completely ruined the stay. There is no proper provision to work due to extremely poor network in the business Center. The worst of all - the constant fire alarms at odd hours. 95% of the time it’s a false alarm - rendering the guests at unease and frustrated. This causes a safety hazard as most guests have stopped evacuating because it’s assumed to be a false one. The management has recently started testing these alarms from 17th Feb 2026 to 22st Feb 2026 without any proper notice. It has…
This building is not good at all. The fire alarm rings around 10 times a day, which is extremely annoying. There are no clear or useful amenities, and the rent is far too high for what you get. The rooms are very small, and the lights go off frequently. Overall, it’s not worth the money.

I truly appreciate his cooperation and assistance in making the transition seamless.
Arman team is doing an excellent job in maintaining our apartment corridors. Many people leave dust and dirt in the common areas, but these hardworking staff always make sure everything is cleaned and well-kept. I truly appreciate their effort and dedication. A special thanks to the aged gentleman in the team – his commitment and hard work really stand out. Great job
New venture from danube properties. it was under construction last year.today its ready to occupy.interior & exterior designs are top notched. the area is under developing,there are restaurants and grocery stores available nearby.
