Reviews

Massively unprofessional and inefficient schedule handling. They still instructed me to write down on their logs (while I was uninformed that there was prior booking from someone else for their headspa). Then when the people who made the appointment arrived, they shrugged me off. Please learn how to do basic schedule handling; that is not rocket science.
