I’m honestly really disappointed with my experience living here. The walls are extremely thin, so you can hear pretty much everything your neighbors are doing, which makes it hard to ever have peace and quiet in your own apartment. Another major issue is cleanliness. There is dog urine and dog feces all over the property, and I’ve even seen it inside the walkways. It creates a really unpleasant and unsanitary environment for residents. What makes it worse is that the apartments are very overpriced for the quality you’re getting. For the amount of rent being charged, I would expect much better…
My experience living at this apartment community has been extremely disappointing due to ongoing management and maintenance concerns. Despite submitting multiple written complaints regarding excessive noise disturbances, I have received no response or follow-up, which demonstrates a concerning lack of communication and accountability. During my tenancy, the property has cycled through approximately three to four different property managers, reflecting significant instability in management. I love my apartment. The building is well maintained and the apartment is very nice and modern. Staff is always very friendly and helpful and Katherine is a blessing, she deserves a raise!!!
I am a current tenant at building 9. I will not recommend the property anyone who is trying to get a good night sleep at night. Tenants do not care about quite hours nor the management enforces on quite hours. I am waking up consistently due to the noise and cannot fall asleep. I cannot wait for my lease to end. Again, if you are looking for a quite place then this is not the place. Looks nice outside but once you step in, you will experience a nightmare of not able to fall asleep, tenants that don't care about quite hours, and management that does not care about quite hours.

The staff here are really very good and I have no complaints about service. My biggest complaint would be how thin the walls are. You can hear both every step of your upstairs neighbor, as well as anything from your side neighbors. When I moved in, I specifically asked about this as I am currently a masters student and working from home. I was told that there was extra reinforcement in the walls to prevent that, which does not seem to be true. If you are looking for a quiet space, this is probably not the place for you. For the price, there are other places I would now recommend.
I have lived on property for a year now, I was one of it not the first resident to the new properties. It has been a rather pleasure living here, the staff is extremely courteous and responsive. The living spaces are clean and very nice, and the amenities really sell the place. The property organizes regular community events, and the community itself is very friendly. My one complaint and it's minor is that they use valet trash which is nice in theory but not nice coming home to trashy hallways, there's a lack of rule keeping with how the trash is handled so it's just loosely in the hallways…
Living here is a great experience! The management team is always responsive, professional, and ready to help. Maintenance requests get handled quickly, and the property stays clean and well-maintained. The apartment is spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I enjoy the natural lighting and the quiet atmosphere—it really feels like home. The amenities, like the gym, pool, and community areas, are clean and never too crowded. The location is super convenient with shops, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. I feel safe and comfortable here and definitely recommend it to anyone…
Just finished touring this apartment complex today and let me tell you something, it is AFFORDABLE and MAGNIFICENT. I was blessed with meeting Juliette and she was so kind. She didn’t try to sell me on this property. She didn’t try to trick me into signing that day. Instead it felt like I was visiting one of my best friends and we were looking at the space together. She really made me feel at home and she listened to my needs. Her familiarity with the area and her love for hospitality sold me. I truly believe she needs a raise and the management there should be extremely grateful to have her.…
