Overall a very nice community and place to live in or to visit your friends and family members who live there.
Don’t be seduced by the beauty of the common areas — most DMCI condos have that anyway. Kai Garden Residences loves to market itself as a friendly community. Let’s break that down: “Pet friendly”? Sure — but only if your pet comes with papers and a pedigree. If not, too bad. “Family friendly”? Well, apparently children aren’t exactly welcome here either. As for the neighbors, think of people who managed to climb a tiny step up in life and suddenly believe they’re royalty. They parade around their “monthly dues” payments like they’re the only ones carrying the whole property on their backs.…
Aqsome place Swimming pool. Outside and inside chill areas. Alot of elevators. Large enough condos
Specifically to their employees. Unless you became rude or verbally aggressive, they won’t listen to you. They will provide you a number on Viber to contact them for any questions but unless you ask the lobby guys, they will never evet answer you. Bayad naman sila kht mag tamad tamad. If only I knew this is how they treat owners or renters in DMCI, I shouldn’t have taken a unit here. Okay nga ung place pero worst customer service.

The place is wonderful for events however in our 9 years of experience of doing events, the security in the gate area are the worst. They were already informed of our paid parking for our vehicle yet they are clueless and held us long enough to be late for the event. Even going out of the property, they are uncoordinated which the security told us to go back again to the lobby to get the receipt paid by the organizer. The security kept laughing at us for the hassle they brought today! Shame.
This beautiful condo neighbourhood is surrounded by lush greenery and numerous trees. There are large swimming pools under the buildings, a playground for children, and over eight elevators for each building. The modern outlook of the buildings is impressive. There’s also a small canteen. Overall, it’s a very good place to live.
DMCI is promoting a pet-friendly community but this shows zero support and responsibility. PMO should held accountable for this. Trapping cats and bringing the cats to city pound instead of caring for them. They can't show any plans, just want to get rid of cats.
I used to live in a DMCI condo (Sheridan) and the cat community is well-loved there. Can't say the same for Kai Residences. While I was initially interested in investing in a DMCI property due to my positive experience at Sheridan, I have now made the decision to stay away from all DMCI projects especially Kai Residences because they don't seem to be cooperative with animal welfare groups.
