You can't give this place nothing less than 5 stars. The management is impeccable and the tenants are very respectful. Although the USPS hasn't assigned a designated carrier for this new address yet, I'm sure they'll have it all sorted out soon.
Very nice and professional. So glad for the community meeting, very informative and helpful. I love living here and hope that everyone does their part in keeping our site clean and free and safe. Our management team are phenomenal.
Our first community meeting went very well and I can't wait till the next one I enjoy meeting all the people in the community that came out and I enjoy listening to our manager she's a very sweet young lady and so it's her sister your ladies be blessed and see y'all next month
This place has literally changed my life. The managers are AMAZING and they actually care about the community. They communicate with the tenants about everything good and/or bad, which is a great thing. The maintenance crew is on top of everything. The neighbors are friendly and helpful and my boys and I love it here🖤

Wonder people and community I love dry creek, they are very excellent with communication and maintenance. The apartment manager is VERY helpful with anything you need and offers you one on one interactions. Definitely be my home for a while. Thank you Dry Creek
Ellie was very patient and kind and made the application process very easy!! The property manager Charcie was very pleasant and helpful and so kind to answer all the questions that I had.. in all I had a very exceptional service with these two ladies who were truly amazing!!!!
If you are looking for family oriented with peace and quiet, look no further Dry Creek Flats Apts is the place you want to be. The office staff is friendly and help you through the entire process. Beautiful cozy apartments with all your appliance needs and not to far from the city.
Meeting with Charssy at Dry creek flats to finalize my leasing application was very quick. She was polite, she explained the leasing process and the importance of ensuring all written information and consent thoroughly!
