Gables Vinings is Beautiful, & Alexis was amazing so happy to have had her guide us on our tour 10/10!
I really enjoyed my time living at Gables Apartments. All of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and they always made me feel supported. The property and amenities were well maintained, and it was a very comfortable and pleasant place to live. I am grateful for the great experience and would definitely recommend it to others.
this is a beautiful property and maintained well but after a while of living here you get the picture of why most people choose not to renew their lease. This was a very last minute choice and if I had shopped around I would have never moved here. For starters if you match there prices for ANYTHING with any other luxury apartments wether it’s the application fee , renting out amenities Gables vining village is going to be the highest. The amenities are great but not for what you pay. I have never seen a courtesy officer or any type of security presence, no concierge and receiving food…
I’ve always loved the look of Gables, so when I finally decided to move back to GA, that was the first place I looked. Nolan and Alexis were very nice and helpful the two times I came to tour the apartments. So when I saw that the unit we spoke about was available, I immediately applied. The issue for me was their verification process. They use a system called VERO and if you’re self employed like I am, the process is a bit more lengthy. VERO’s system just works better for W2 employees and can automatically verify your income via payroll, W2, etc. So 1099s and Tax Returns need to be verified…

Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Gables, the amenities are nice and cozy. Very luxurious feeling. However, once you’re moving out be sure to CHECK EVERYTHING. Be mindful of giving them a forwarding address (outside of the form you electronically fill out when moving because they may overlook that) so that you can receive any info you need. They may not communicate via email. Take videos and documentation of move out. Don’t let them tell you, you don’t have to be present at move out (walk through). Be present at walk through and make sure you get an ITEMIZED LIST of all damages to be aware of…
Alexis the sales manager has such a sweet and kind personality! She was very helpful and communicative throughout the application process. My family couldn’t have asked for a more seamless experience, we’re so excited to call this home! Thanks Alexis!!!
I toured Gables Vining Village yesterday and had such a great experience. Tiffany was amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. She gave me a thorough tour of the community and answered all my questions with patience and detail. The property itself is beautiful, but Tiffany’s professionalism and warm personality really stood out.
As we move, I would like to express our gratitude to Alexis. Beyond the property being great, Alexis has been awesome throughout the entire year. She and the team were always responsive and dedicated to ensuring that Gables stood above the rest. As we depart, I want to say, thank you for taking care of my baby in the big city as she completed college endeavors! Super star property because of its accountability to excellences! They hold residents accountable and they hold themselves accountable for the best experience.
