Beautiful compound, great location, prices not that great unless you are willing to pay for the look and the view.
Beautiful property, and that’s about it, but move in here at your own risk if you don’t want to feel like you’re paying for a guarded prison. The amount of ridiculous rules they come up with on the spot, harrasing our maids and nannies and god forbid you have young children, those are far from welcome here.

Look nice designing houses. Wall painted colours Reich looks. Very quiet area and close to gulf ground. Super market also available. Good Parking area.
