We have lived here going on a little over 2 months now and the experience has just been so great. From working on getting moved in with Kirsten & Sheena, answering any questions we had start to finish , even til now having already been moved in to the most kind hearted maintenance workers , Steve and Austin. They both work great and get any issue done in a timely manner. This team works so well together and truly makes living here comfortable and worth it.
I just wanted to take a moment to brag on my apartment complex because the team here truly deserves it. The front office staff, Sheena and Kirsten, are absolutely amazing, friendly, helpful, and always on top of everything. They make you feel heard and taken care of, no matter what you need. The maintenance team, Austin and Steve, are just as incredible. They’re quick, efficient, and genuinely care about keeping everything running smoothly. Anytime I’ve had an issue, they’ve handled it right away with professionalism and a great attitude. It’s rare to find a place where the whole team works…
I absolutely love living at Avilla Railhead! Kirsten and Sheena make you feel like family — they’re always friendly, helpful, and ready for whatever I need. Austin and Steve are the best maintenance team! I see them out and about all the time, keeping everything in great shape. Overall, I’m very pleased with my move and so happy I chose this community!
By far the best property management company I’ve ever dealt with. Maintenance shows up almost immediately when they are needed. Kirsten & Sheena in the front office are 10 out of 10. The best customer service I’ve dealt with by far!

We absolutely love living here! The community is beautiful, and our home feels like a retreat. The pool is one of our favorite spots—perfect for relaxing or cooling off on a hot day. The fire pit and cornhole area are always a blast, whether it’s just us or hanging out with neighbors. It really gives the place a fun, social vibe! The staff here deserves a huge shoutout too—they’re always so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure residents are taken care of. It truly feels like they care about the community. This is a great place to live! Everything is brand new and really nice, and the staff is very attentive! Kirsten was very helpful with all questions and concerns. The dog park and pool are really great too. The houses also have spacious, well maintained yards.
My whole experience with this complex has been awesome! Kirsten, Sheena, Austin, Steve and the rest of the Avilla staff have all been amazing at what they do and have made me feel so welcomed. My dogs and I love it here.
Absolutely beautiful property! Kirsten was a wonderful help through the entire process for our mom. We highly recommend Avilla Railhead if you are looking for a comfy, quiet home with great amenities.
