  • Great apartments! Macquarie Centre just next door, Metro going to barrangaro in under 20 minutes just a short walk away. Nice facilities. Gym, BBQ, well maintained gardens, pool and hot jacucci. Pet friendly too!
  • Benjamin Cheong - he's the worst property manager and person I've ever encountered in Australia. It's funny that he has his small place within the property yet doesn't feel any responsibility for the residents, which clearly isn't right. He surely thinks of himself as the Kim Jong-un of this property Be cautious of your actions on the property because he seems to watch everything. However, every request I have sent him has never been processed properly and handled with politeness He's always aggressive towards residents and I can't understand why he keeps working if he hates it so much. If…
  • UPDATE: New building manager appointed - still rude, power hungry and aggressive. Arturo is as bad as Christy was, its like being awfully mean and threatening is a requirement to be a BM in this complex. Decent as we’re renting, definitely not the place to buy. Read the poor reviews and believe them. Building managers are rude and incapable, the audacity to be so rude is surprising given they spend their days doing nothing. Fire alarms go off frequently, for no reason. Anytime there is a breach of any building rules, building managers find the rudest and meanest way to let you know and…
  • JQZ by far THE WORST! My apartment was leaking water, water retention INSIDE my walls, it's an obvious building defect. After several phone calls, they finally cut out my walls fixed water leakage, almost a year on, they still haven't returned my apartment walls, skirting board and floor boards back to its original state. I have been advised it cannot be done!! They use contractors that can't speak a single word of English, I'm not sure if they are licensed! It explains the poor craftsmanship! I tell them it's not satisfactory, they shout back "IT'S OK!" and leave. Do yourself favour DO NOT…

  • If I could give this property 0, I would. All thanks to the pathetic building management who always threaten to take key fob access away if we're not compliant in anyway, they charge fees for any issues and don't want to ask nicely but start with threats from the first point of contact. Yet, when it comes to their end of the deal like dealing with the shutter to underground parking which CONSISTENTLY has issues, they will blame it on something else, CLAIM it's not an issue and will charge for them to come out but will not allow cars in. With video proof, it's very clear that it was a shutter…
  • Looking good but not the best place to live! I was living there for 9 months and I had lots of bad experiences. The management is poor with lots of unnecessary rules. Thay will charge you 200$ if you move in or out during the weekend! There are lots of false fire alarms every month that will interrupt your life. The units are poorly designed including small kitchen and very limited storage space. The paint is one of the worse that you can make a mark by touching the walls with your jacket. For those who want to rent a unit here, you need to pay 300$ development fee apart from anything to…
  • Superb!!! Super Slow respond from building management to repair defects, poor quality, definitely not it stated as 1st grade when selling. I'm expecting a secure residential but so much trespassing, the tiny gate and low fences wouldn't stop those trespassor. And the facilities seems to lock for ever while I'm still paying strata for them, what we were promised the direct 'VIP' access to Macquarie shopping center was closed TOO!!
  • Amended review.... after living here almost a year the pool and gym have been closed since march 2020. Building management are awful and the facilities would be great if you could use them. Alarms go off a few times a month and access to the buildings makes deliveries etc impossible. If you are looking at moving in here you should look for a building managed by a company that is willing to do a covid safe plan to make sure residence can use the things they pay for. This property would be amazing managed by a more professional management company. That isn't occupied with smoke breaks and…
