Hi. Those guys who construct this building absolutely don’t care about people who live near their construction site. They do loud works all night. Impossible to sleep. They do works all weekend and holidays. I can not hear inside my home because they do all very loud. No respect no care about other people. I watched the construction of this building from the start during one year. It has very bad quality of construction.
You go on their website and the building looks big and elegant with nice views. In reality it is being built on an extremely small piece of land right in between 2 buildings. The buildings will be so close that you can open your balcony door and invite the neighbors to hop in. You will get zero sunlight.
Very noisy site, making it impossible to sleep in the neighbourhood
Best quality, best location, delivery on time plus the maintenance service in their projects are stunning, highly recommend 🙏🙏🥰
