I want to sincerely thank the team at Union Market for providing such an amazing experience during our tour. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. Adrian was especially wonderful—so kind and supportive—while Jon was also very helpful and considerate. I truly appreciate all of your time, guidance, and assistance. I just want to take a moment to recognize the amazing maintenance technicians and concierge team at Gables Union Market. The maintenance staff is always prompt, professional, and efficient. Every time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled quickly and done right the first time. Very transient concierge staff over the last few months after the initial gang have all left (who were all amazing! Miss Vickie, Andrew, Clark!!, and Amani). The current rotating staff have been a little unfriendly but Trayvon has been such a star! He worked a double shift today since his relief didn’t show up but that did not stop him from helping me search every square inch of the package room to help me find mine which got misplaced. Really helpful!
it’s utterly impossible to get ahold of someone in leasing when an AI phone service is being used to communicate for us. how is this even remotely more helpful than paying humans to do a job? giving people the runaround to save money is ridiculous

I moved to DC a year ago and the Gables has been a great first home in this new city. The location can’t be beat, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is super friendly and helpful, especially Clyde, Carlos, and Adrian.
Gables Union Market has been one of my more enjoyable living experiences to date. I'd especially send my thanks and gratitude to the maintenance team (Clyde) for their outstanding work and professionalism. Every request I've submitted has been handled both quickly and effectively, resulting in a great living experience.
Living at Gables Union Market (GUM) has been, without question, the best apartment experience I’ve had in over a decade of leasing. After a year here, I’d be renewing in a heartbeat if I weren’t leaving the DMV entirely. Plenty of buildings in the area market themselves as “luxury,” but GUM actually delivers. I've previously lived at The Gantry and The Batley, both of which looked great at first but eventually fell short—especially in service, safety, and overall quality. I had an amazing experience touring Gables Union Market, and it's all thanks to the people who made it happen. I want to give a big shoutout to Matthew Lovelace, the sales manager who met me at the scheduled time with great energy in the building's lobby. Matthew was patient, kind, and thorough throughout the tour.
