Saeteay is amazing! she showed my boyfriend and I around the property. throughout the tour she answered all of our questions very well and professionally. super knowledgeable about the property and made us feel very comfortable. her touring skills definitely swayed us towards being more interested in the Bryks!
Touring the apartment felt less like a showing and more like stepping into my next chapter. From the moment I walked in, natural light poured through oversized windows, making the open layout feel warm and inviting. The kitchen had sleek finishes and a spacious island that instantly made me picture hosting friends. I just moved to Atlanta, and every space at Bryks—along with the management team—has made me feel at home. From the very beginning, when I was searching for a place from afar, they supported me with video calls and recordings of the building. Upon my arrival, Fatima and the entire team made me feel truly welcomed. Even though I had already chosen to live here, they went the extra mile to answer all my questions and were impressively attentive. The building itself is amazing! Update: I've been a resident at BRYKS Upper Westside since February 2025, and overall, I've been thoroughly enjoying the community and amenities - it's a fantastic place to call home! The property itself is beautiful, and I've appreciated the efforts of staff members like Ametria and Deneisha, who have been responsive and helpful. And Dale from Maintenance is excellent! Also Saeteay was super helpful with fixing my door issue ASAP! I'm loving life at Bryks and am happy to call it my home sweet home. 🙂

Not giving such a low rating for the property itself, more so the “meh” energy of the property and staff. Upon walking in for our appointment, my mom and I received a “heads down” greeting. After noticing we were standing there, only one of the two leasing agents- a kind younger girl, bless her heart- greeted cheerfully and asked what she could help us with… something I haven't experienced from any other property I’ve toured, ever, being that we arrived promptly at our scheduled time and should have been anticipated. Ugh such a good experience living here so far. The beautiful building/amenities sells itself. It really feels like a safe community which is very important to me when looking for a new home. There are multiple events to get involved with, which is nice if you're new to the area. The leasing team has been very kind and attentive, especially Ametria, Saeteay, and Fatima. I always feel heard and valued when I reach out even if its something minor lol. They all have been consistently helpful from the move in process to settling in, or even helping find packages. I just recently moved in 2 weeks ago and so far I love staying at the Bryks. Saeteay in the leasing office has great energy, was very helpful with my move in process, and overall made my moving experience amazing. The property is very pretty and I love the amenities. Everything is new and clean, which I love. I have had no issues so far. 10/10 highly recommend living here.
I toured with Fatima, and I appreciated how thorough she was in not only showing me around, but explaining all the possibilities and more that BRYKS had to offer! The community was great, the leasing staff was great, and the amenities were great, and very unique to other complexes. Had my place of work not been as far of a commute, I would have signed that same day!
