This has been one of the most frustrating rental experiences I have ever had. We applied on March 3rd to add my boyfriend as an additional tenant. Today is April 13th, and NOTHING has been resolved. Over a month has passed, and there has been zero progress. We have done everything the apartment asked for — submitted all required documents, followed up multiple times, and even went to the front desk in person several times. So perfect
I’ve had a really great experience with the front desk team at this apartment. They are always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Every time I have a question or need assistance, they respond quickly and with genuine care, which makes a big difference to my day-to-day living experience. The service is consistently efficient and welcoming, and you can tell they truly care about the residents. It makes the whole building feel much more comfortable and well-managed. Highly appreciate all the support from the front desk team — thank you for making this such a pleasant place to live!

This building is really great. The staff are very respectful and cooperative. They respond to any concerns and take time to show you places around the building. They always keep in contact with residents through email. They provide websites you can use to activate WiFi and electricity. In addition, there are a wide range of facilities you can use by simply reserving them without paying. Facilities include meeting rooms, focus rooms perfect for studying, bowling alley, golf, podcast room, and more all free of cost. The building is right next to trams excellent location for transport.

This is a great place to live, and we are very happy with the way management has responded to all our requests. The assistant manager and the reception team are consistently quick to reply and very efficient. They are kind and respectful people who have made our move-in process much easier 🤲🏼 The application process does take some time, but we believe that is understandable given that the building is completely new. The location and the amenities are excellent, and overall we are very pleased with our experience so far.
Honestly the worst build to rent lease application experience I’ve had. We had to follow up at every stage just to get updates, and even had to chase them for the application to be sent out in the first place. Communication was inconsistent, information kept changing, and we often had to fact check details ourselves. After weeks without updates, we later found out the specific unit we applied for had already been rented out, and were only told this when we went in person to check on our application status. All of this, despite us likely being among the first to apply, disrupted our moving…
