Very good communication with the support team (Mike), he always answers emails right away. The price is very cheap compared to the other shops I used to buy from. (They closed that shop) So now I bought from this one, and I think this might be the best option as far as Kratom in Czech Rep.
After a follow-up with them, it turns out that the hard tablet form of the Kratom is different from the gel cap powdered form (which I was unaware of). The hard tablet form has to dissolve in the digestive system so it does not have the same effect and is limited. They have advised that they will send me the powdered form instead. Good followup.
Best price to quality ratio you will find as far as CZ. After the drop off of availability of decent kratom in the EU and then heavy influx of retailers selling mass produced sub pár product this shop is a godsend. Extremely friendly and transparent, the prices are good and as of late the quality has skyrocketed amongst various strains they offer thank you Fajn. Highly highly recommend if you're looking for the real deal processed by someone who's passionate about what he does 5+ Stars. Great work. Please help support businesses like these that are doing the right thing and not just flooding…
Great customer service, communication and help through the entire process. Product quality is amazing, the best I've ever tried. There's also capsules form which is very convenient. Helped arranging fast delivery. Overall incredible impression, will totally order again, very highly recommended

Really fine powder, doesn't irritate your throat even in very large doses in just a 250ml glass of water, "disolves" pretty easily too. The quality was as usually the best I've ever had, recomend it 1000% They sent me a sample too of another variety I think green one, verry strong stuff too! Plus it was a gift of 50g, a generous gift!! Thank you Mike, I'm always surprised with my purchases!
