I've lived here a few months now, through both sunny and snowy days, and I'm genuinely loving it. The staff are friendly, professional, and always helpful - shoutout to Faisal and Soie from the leasing office, as well as Ayame, Eugene, and Joshua up front! The gym is a massive highlight. It's huge and stocked with modern equipment, which I found rare when apartment hunting... same thing for the lounges/party rooms - they're gorgeous with modern finishes, incredibly spacious, and the rooftop gives a stunning view onto the NYC skyline. We have been here a few months and the building management, as well as all of the staff, have been great. We also want to specifically give a shout out to Tiffany, the events coordinator. This past week she held a wine tasting event and a holiday party. Both were terrific events, with a jazz band at the holiday party, along with great food and drinks. And Tiffany is just a fantastic person to deal with, very determined to put on enjoyable events for the residents, and an extremely friendly personality. Great job, Tiffany, and thanks again to all the Jasper staff who have made our move to NYC…
I've been living at the Jasper for several months now and want to be transparent on the quality of the building and its services. The front desk concierge are absolutely amazing and the best part of living here. Both Ayamee and Eugene go above and beyond for all the guests when it comes to packages, deliveries, inquiries and SUPER helpful when moving. However, property management takes weeks to respond and sometimes completely ignore you it's very disappointing, so don't expect the property managers to get back to you.... Cannot say enough great things about my experiencing touring Jasper and the amenities that come with living in their LIC location. Not only do they have almost every amenity you could think of (even a golf simulator!) but the rooms were spacious and everyone was super nice during my tour. I really cant say enough great things about my experience with the leasing department and urge anyone looking for a spot in LIC to at least consider Jasper.

Living at Jasper has been a wonderful experience thus far. The staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive from day one, addressing promptly any questions or concerns from moving-in to maintenance. The furnishings throughout the building feel luxe, and the amenities are truly gorgeous—especially the rooftop, which has stunning views of the Manhattan skyline and has already been the perfect spot for several BBQs with friends. Prime location next to gantry park! My review is purely for the people here at this building. The staff here is so kind and welcoming, Eugene has helped me tremendously during my two months here and every time I interact with him he always brings a smile to my face! Thank you for being so caring and energetic!
We recently moved into Jasper with our little one and absolutely love it here. The building is new, clean, and very comfortable. Management is responsive and solves everything quickly, no need to deal with any offices. The location is perfect, 3 minutes to the subway, 3 minutes to the waterfront. Great place for families!
We moved in 3 weeks ago and had a very pleasant experience so far. Everything starting from the leasing office to building staff has been above our expectations. The quality of the construction materials and appliances used seems to be quite above the average in the area. The apartment is bright and spacious. The walls are NOT paper thin, haven't heard our neighbors even once. The amenities are top notch... the gym, the kids room, multiple rooftops. Hope to stay here for a while.
