This iCondo Green Space has very good environment as its name. I love the green and peaceful vibe. There are many good restaurants and local food stalls in Paseo community mall and Robinson department store, which are in the walking distance. Cheers.
This is very nice apartment (condominium) have big pool, gym and lovely garden. Around with a lots of shopping malls, easy to get good and cheap foods.
My beautiful living place...
As of 2022, this place is currently the best place to rent in this 5km range. Its great if you work at the hospital or surrounding area since this place is between 2 malls

Never buy this property , the management service is bad. I got an unit here and have my kitchen cabinet door broken and willingly to replace and pay for it. Till now after making the problem to condo management , they say waiting answer for Perfect Property to call back for price quotation? It’s been almost 2 week gone.
overpriced SHOEBOX condo... this project started at 1.85 million, now people trying to sell it for much more... it is next to a noisy main road of on nut lat krabang... other projects a bit further started at 1 million baht, or even 888.888 baht many moons ago... many units for rent, from 9500 baht now as low as 5500 baht, it is not worth more than that
overpriced condo, worth 1.1 million, sold for 1.9+ million... GREED...high rent for a 24 m shoebox
