If I can put lower than one star I would. Worst service, worst experience. No one there to assist or answer question.
I’m writing to share my deeply frustrating experience living at Midtown Doral Building 1. Unfortunately, it has been anything but the ideal residence I anticipated. Elevator Issues: Since my move-in, the elevator has been a constant problem. It has broken down multiple times, often forcing residents to climb several flights of stairs. This is not only inconvenient but also a significant safety concern. Parking Problems: The residential parking situation is equally problematic. Spots are scarce, and the parking garage has been under construction for over a year. Half of it remains incomplete,…
DO NOT LIVE HERE!! It’s been less than a year since I moved in and my girlfriend and I are already looking for our next place to live. And these are the reasons why 1.***MCA Cycle*** There is a cycling class on the first floor. Sounds fun right? Well actually this cycling class BLASTS music multiple times a day. Starting at 6 IN THE MORNING. During which you can hear heavy base and the song itself playing all throughout the apartment. I’ve spoken to multiple tenants and they’ve all had the same issue. I’ve called the police multiple times, complained to the front desk, the property manager,…
Do not recommend living here!!! Husband is a heart failure patient and have expressed this matter to management and parking supervisor and it was completely disregarded. Pay for parking here and just had my car towed for parking on the second floor for 20 MINUTES because of an emergency, life happens, things happen! it’s ridiculous how it’s daytime and my car gets taken like that!!!! Parking rules change every month!!!! It’s not even after hours, those parking spots don’t belong to ANY residents. It’s just so ridiculous at this point, I’ve been residing here for TOO long now for management to…

Been living here around 2 years my cars been towed multiple times. Money wasted out of my own pocket! No type of ownership from the office everyone plays the blame game nobody takes responsibility!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!! Management is terrible and parking is always an issue. they will tow your car even if you have a parking pass. I have a car sticker for parking and they still gave me a warning because i didn’t park head in. How are you going to dictate how i park my car in a parking spot I pay for?? I pay way too much money to live here for the elevators and doors to be out of service for WEEKS (see picture). There are so many other nice places in doral that don’t have INSANE property management/HOA’s for probably way cheaper too. DONT MOVE HERE - management/security is…
awful management office. Parking control is nonsense. I got towed and booted for ridiculous reasons. asked and confirmed permission from the lobby that i can park, and then car got towed. Office couldn't explain why but I have to pay and there was no compensation from management office. They change regulation like monthly. New regulation effective immediately without certain amount of time acknowledged for residents. Again, booted and that costs are on residents. For guest parking, they only issue after 11 PM. Is that makes sense? what if my guest wants to park and go out for night? then I…
I went to Midtown Doral to have information for the 1/1 and the "lady" who was supposed to give information was very rude and dicriminate towards my husband and me. She didn't want to show us the apartment and when we asked about the parking, if we could rent another spot because we have 2 cars, she said it was not possible. Later that day, I sent an email to the association asking for it and they said we can pay $150 monthly for an extra parking space
