Same experience as the rest, their products are pure garbage and you have to fight so hard to get a refund. Even disputing the charge through paypal, they tried every trick in the boom to con me.

If I could give less stars I would. The clothes are terrible. Their policies for return and customer service. Two of the three shirts we purchased were defective and the third was the same terrible quality. The seams were coming apart. Threads coming out at buttons and button holes. Dye from purple sleeves bled onto the white. I asked for a refund they only offered store credit and I had to pay to ship back the defective product. Why would I want any products from this store if the initial was so bad. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Received garment w a STAIN -they went a step further to stick a “red arrow” sticker on garment pointing to the stain!😆wth?! Not returning calls or mails I’ll be filing a claim w my bank

Fyi this company does NOT offer a refund ONLY store credit. I wish I knew this BEFORE I ordered anything. I ordered 2 sweaters. They run very small and not happy with the fabric. I wish I could get a refund. I do not want anything else from this company.

This is the cheapest, worst quality clothing I’ve ever purchased. $30 would have been too much for the poorly made garments they charged $80 for (and that was supposedly 50%off) with inoperable buckles, missing stitching, cheap metal parts. TOTAL SCAM. Not at the address they show in their order emails, no one answers the phone. IG not used in years. BOHO BEACH HUT SUCKS.

Order fulfilment took over two weeks. Product quality did not reflect the price of the dresses; the materials were low-grade and construction was poor. Return policy is unfavourable where customers must cover return shipping costs, and only store credit is issued instead of a monetary refund. Additionally, the same item was found on Amazon for approximately 42% of the price charged by Boho Beach Company

The quality of these clothes are less than satisfactory. Definitely not as pictured. Return policy sucks and the prices for the quality is crazy. Also, the smell of this shirt is horrible. Do not purchase from this company.

Scammers! Long delivery (assuming from CHina), product looks like cheap imitation of what they advertised on their website. Return policy with 15% restocking fee plus shipping makes returns not worth. I do not recommend them, unless you want to pay hundreds for product worth few bucks!
