Evvel Istanbul is quite place and friendly for children but the service fees are over.
The take my card and they didn't gave it back and they broke my depos door and they didn't fix it we gave them money to fix it but they didn't
İ love this place is awesome the view is perfect but it's too far from the center of the city
I've been living here for a year and these new security guards are very disrespectful. Why do we pay a monthly management fee and they can't even open the gate/barrier for us while we are holding bags? Isn't their job to make life easier for the amount that we are paying them? It's absolutely ridiculous. This place isn't as great as I thought it would be. Very disappointing and shameful!!!

Very high security on the door ,, always clean,, I noticed more than once they have many spots inside the sitting area have no lighting in it

Apartments are wayyyyy overpriced and the fees are exorbitant. Expect to pay 2000 liras on top of your rent. Managerial staff is also very abrasive and not helpful. You’ll get more worth for your money at NidaPark or Avrupa. A lot more negative but not enough space. Don’t fall for the fake good reviews.
I live in this site for more than 3 years now, like all other sites there are minor problems that are solved promptly. But in general it is an excellent site compared with surrounding sites, good neighbors community compound, family friendly and good social life. Recommended to for families to live in. I noticed that there is a group of unknown people are talking bad about our compound and that the most of the issues they are sharing are not accurate and have many unrealistic and over exaggeration about our site. I really don't know the reason behind this action other that spoiling our site…
