  • These building has changed management at least twice. The people running it now are horrible. They get people documents lose them and act like they’ve never received them. That staff in the office is very unprofessional and needs to be looked into.. People need a place to live and they are taking advantage of them
  • Had high hopes when i moved in it would be different from my last living situation. And as it is much cleaner and the elevator isn’t covered in pee. Its a step up but the way they manage the units is ridiculous. First u cant walk into the office in the building without having to wait for them to want to talk to u the resident at the residents office. Also my AC during the summer was out for a whole month. To no discount to my rent by the way, And now summer is “over” but its hot ever other day and its unbearably hot in my apt some days. Theyve switch the cooling systems to heating im guessing…
  • I’ve called the number on the site and it just hangs up. I go in person and they always tell me to call. Explain the situation and tell me they can’t help because I need to call. I’ve send letters with no response. I’m trying to get an application to apply. I have a disabled son with a lot of needs. His school is near by the doctors as welll will be nearby. Making my situation better. Where I live now in NYCHA. Is horrible. Kids are always smoking in the lobby and fighting. There’s always garbage in the hallway, which makes it hard for me to go by with my son Wheelchair. I’m tired of calling…
  • Beautiful buildings and floorplans look great . But is anyone from Harlem really getting into this building? Applied twice thru housing connect and nothing. I live in the neighborhood plus work for the city and nothing. Called to get info directly from them and nothing. Really believing this complex is a great big tease to the people of the community looking for better for their families.

  • Hey the building look so beautiful! I just want to give a special thanks to the developers and the construction workers for working hard to provide affordable housing for some of us. Good luck to everyone who applied on housing connect , times are hard right now and everyone deserves a place to live. I really hope and pray that i get the opportunity to live in this building. Once again thank you and good luck new yorkers!!
  • This building is in a great neighborhood. I grew up around the corner with my family so I applied to live here through Housing Lottery. I really hope I get an apartment here because East Harlem has always been my home and I'd hate to leave it. It's also a great time for me to live apart from parents and on my own. So fingers crossed and praying everyday!
  • Hello I applied to re live in the neighborhood this is my Home I was born here and always wished to be back close next to my family. I love the fact that it’s in the heart of Harlem and around so much commute and stores. Being able to travel to work and home is all I ask but in a better neighborhood and building environment than where I’m residing with my little girl, Being I recently loss my Oldest I feel this will Be a great way to restart my life with my family. 2023 was a long year and I feel and wish to move as soon as possible.. wish me luck🙏🏽😌
  • Hi, my name is Ainee. I applied for this building a couple of weeks ago. I want to get an apartment in this building. I was born and raised in Harlem, so I know the neighborhood. Of course, living in Manhattan has increased over the years, but I love to move back to Harlem. I am currently a teacher, and my husband is in the military. I hope that your management considers my application. Thank you!
