First off, I want to give a five star review only to show my appreciation to the Devimco team, specially Mauren. However, after living 15 months at the Nobel building, here are my pros and cons: Pros: Managed by Devimco. Connected to the REM. Nice terrace. Never experienced any issues with the AC, although I saw lots of reviews of tenants complaining about it before moving. I guess it also depends on the side where your unit is located, the more sun it gets the more effort will the AC make. Cons: It’s too popular of a building! It’s just too crowded, specially during the summer. People always…
Canada Post is on strike, so deliveries are taking a long time. The security guard downstairs said I didn’t pick up my package and wants to fine me $200. This is outrageous and possibly illegal. I’d like to report this — I hope the property manager has some common sense. It seems like the guard is trying to collect money privately.

I own a condo at Nobel since 2022, i’m here since the beginning. A lot of people complaint but doesn’t understand what it is running a big tower like this, it takes time to make ajustement, fix these problem every tower can get at the beggining, for me everything works well since the start and i got a nice services from the administration. If you planned to bought or rent a condo here ! Go for it ! It’s a great place to live with all you need close of you !
I am a tenant at Nobel Apartments and have been living here with my wife for over 10 months. Unfortunately, we have encountered several issues: 1. **Parking**: Despite paying 100-120 CAD for parking, the lots are always full because management sells spaces to others daily. Our repeated requests to address this issue are met with a delayed "thank you." 2. **Recycling Room**: The recycling room on the 3rd floor is consistently dirty, and trash is often left behind. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. In every aspect from quality, security, cleaning, management, etc. They expect to get 3k a month for a 5 1/2 when I had a hole in my ceiling for 5 months, NO AC for weeks, heater down in the winter. They tell me to buy a portable AC that they would refund me and never did. I was sold the dream, pool, BBQ, Terrasse, security and I got none of that !!! Total garbage and because things are so bad people don't respect the building and Its just terrible. I try to reason with them to get a discount for all the inconvenience and they say NO.
