Very nice building, mostly pleasant staff, not a 5 star experience (as they say in their advertising materials). I was laid off recently and asked for a policy exception to help me move out and save some money. The policy: 60 days’ notice of intent to vacate is required under my lease. I asked if Hanover Evans Station would be willing to reduce the required notice period to 30 days. That way, I wouldn’t owe on two different apartments at the same time, and I could ease my financial burden while seeking a new job. The apartment tour was a very pleasant experience. The unit was clean, well-lit, and thoughtfully laid out. Thank you Zeena, She was friendly, informative, professional and answered all of my questions. Overall, it left a great first impression.
Hunter was fantastic from start to finish the whole process he was very helpful and always available, he was the one that showed me around when I first toured the place, and he also helped me with my move in and was extremely helpful with all my questions. I have only been here a month but I have really loved it so far. Everyone seems pretty nice and to themselves and the amenities here are great.
I must say I had the most amazing showing of the apartments highly interested actually probably gonna lease from here! Hunter, Was quite an amazing host! And showed me around and gave me all the amazing details very informative, very thorough and very professional… Definitely added a warm and inviting place to rent from, and it’s a gorgeous residency! Thank you so much for giving me a great viewing and feel for the place. Also, the amenities are a plus!

We toured the property with Hunter today and my wife and I had an incredible experience. We loved the beautiful property and will likely be moving here once our lease is up with the current place. Definitely would recommend working with Hunter if anyone is touring!

Today I stopped in to tour The Hanover and it went very well. It’s a beautiful property and the location is perfect for me. Sean was my guide, and he was very thorough, answered all my questions and concerns, and was not only professional, but incredibly nice. He is very good at his job.
I’m delighted to say that Hanover Evans Station is one of the most well kept maintained apartment complexes that I’ve seen in a long time. It’s very clean from inside and out.
