I honestly regret moving into this building. We have been living here for four months, and the experience has been extremely disappointing, especially considering that the building is supposed to be new. The construction quality and finishing are very poor. There are ongoing issues with humidity, water leakage, and general maintenance problems that should never exist in a newly built property. Despite raising concerns, the same issues keep repeating and seriously affect daily living comfort. The building is beautiful and I love living here, but the construction at night is insane. Who does construction at night?! I can’t get a proper night’s sleep because of the constant noise. Management really needs to fix this.
I live on the 8th floor, and the people on the 9th floor are extremely loud. The noise makes it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Management really needs to do something about this.
This apartments would be actually nice, if the parents would actually see what their kids are doing! I was hoping I could work in this beautiful lobby daily. But the kids are running and screaming so loud I can hear through my headphones. There is not even a kids activities like in UNA, and still they run like crazy. And security doesn’t do anything. I’ve been living in this building for the past six months and honestly, it’s been rough. The kids here are absolute menaces. They’re constantly running around the lobby, screaming at all hours. One even stole my friend’s bag once and we literally had to chase him down to get it back. Parents or security really need to get this under control. Sometimes in the middle of the night they run past my door screaming and I’ve woken up multiple times in a panic thinking something terrible happened, only to realize it’s just a child yelling for no reason. After living here for 3 months, I only became more sure, that Nshama doesn't care about you. I have a leakage in bathroom. Its already been 2 hours, and still nobody came to fix it. So for more than 2 hours I've been contacting security, several maintenance workers and so on. First they went to another building for some reason. Then they said everyone is busy. Then said "don't worry", so Im just sitting and waiting, don't have possibility to go anywhere on my weekend, listening to water drowning and watching how my ceiling gets worse and worse.

I’ve been really impressed with Liva. The location is spot on; it’s close to everything I need: a petrol station, mosque, basketball and football courts, restaurants, a skatepark, Battle Park, and even a dog park, all within walking distance. The building itself is super modern, both inside and out. The concierge team is professional and always helpful. Security is tight, with keycard access and cameras everywhere, which makes me feel safe. Views from the upper floors are beautiful, and the floor-to-ceiling windows really make the most of it.
