I'm not too sure if they hired some new people, but I went today about 8 o'clock and I walked in and I've never had a problem at the store before every time I walk in everyone's very polite and very helpful and answer my questions and helpful with getting me things that I may need. But today when I walked in, some random guy was behind the shelf, just sitting down messing with random things hiding behind the counter and with everything being behind the counter, how am I supposed to get the items that I would like to purchase and I stood there for 10 minutes and this worker just sat there…

I found the store to be overpriced, and the employee I interacted with seemed clueless about the products. As someone who has worked in a smoke shop, I offered him a price I was willing to pay for a water pipe and requested a free bowl. He looked overwhelmed and didn’t know how to handle the situation. As a result, I ended up paying only $60 for what should have cost around $250, simply because he didn’t know what he was doing. Additionally, I was looking for the seven hydroxy bottles that are exclusive to Vape City. I assumed the staff would be familiar with them, but when I asked for the…
