Avilla Broadway is a beautiful property with a luxurious pool and multiple courtyards. There is also a dedicated dog park and dog washing station. The amenities are clean and the staff is attentive and professional. They also have courtesy patrol at night to ensure the safety of the property and their residents. Make sure to check them out while you’re searching for your new rental home! Self guided tours are available from 8am to 8pm.
One of the main things I moved here for was the amenities and the jacuzzi has been broken for 3 months. Office staff tells you it’s working but it’s been ice cold for months now and it’s clearly not. Myself and multiple residents have complained but nothing has been done about it. Rent is too high here to not have functioning amenities.
Renters be ware… these homes are build so fast that they miss important steps to make sure that all of the environmental elements stay OUTSIDE! We had a rain storm come through and our bathroom and closet and bedroom began to have water coming in from every vent in the ceiling. Along with the back door and front door. Poorly constructed homes. Only good thing about the community is the property staff but other than that it’s just another pig in lipstick. My experience at Avilla Broadway has been overwhelmingly negative. Although the office staff is friendly, the property's overall quality is lacking. The management's decision to hire tow companies to remove residents' cars is concerning, and some neighbors seem to be excessively vigilant. The houses appear to have been hastily constructed, with many non-functional light switches. The patio area is poorly designed, with large rocks making it difficult to navigate. What Can I say. Well Issis. Help us trew the whole process. And she went above and beyond. She made easy and was in top of the situtation avery step. She did not leave and detail out and i was very Happy . Just receive the keys. 2 days later our baby new born came to his brand new home. And we love it. These does not feel if we leave on some apartments feels more like a house with our private backyard and driveway Thank you So much Issis for all the help and gettting us into our home.
Thanks to Issis, she helped me throughout the entire process and was always available to help me at all times. Avilla Broadway has the best staff, starting with their good customer service, the area is perfect since everything is very close and the view of the mountain. The place is very quiet and safe. I recommend it.
Amazing help from Stephanie who immediately helped me with information as soon as I walked into their office on Broadway. Then smoothly showed me the premisses and how my new home will look like. Of course I signed right there and then. Thank you Stephanie and Avilla Broadway for this incredible new home for me and my family!!!!!
