This new condo in Maple grove is a nice place to relax away from the city noise. The wide view from its facade is very relaxing and and somehow refreshing to see some green environment around it. Ameneties are present, the usual gym, pools etc. The very nice thing here is that, this place location allows you yo access their park wherein people are visiting every night to relax, bond and to have some activities like jogging, running, even playing music. This place is a near perfect when you need to breathe for a fresh air and a calm and peaceful surrounding.

5 mins walk to McDonald's and main road. 10 mins walk to a hospital/clinic and Robinson's Gen Trias. A great place to relax and escape the noise of the city but not too far from the city. The verdin maple grove has respectful, kind, and helpful staffs as well. We love the pool (I think no chlorine at all? Not sure though but we can't smell or feel it) Has a gazebo/garden and playground outside the building. Has a gym. And a day care room where kids can play and read some books. Ambiance is so relaxing. Clean. Peaceful.
