Shady business tactics, they don't disclose the subscriptions they offer upfront.
I had been using Iconscout for around two years. Then I stopped using it and forgot to cancel my subscription. A few days ago, I was charged $180 - totally my fault for not cancelling on time. Still, I reached out to their support team and asked for a refund. To my surprise, they approved it, even though they didn’t have to. Really appreciate the gesture—thanks for the great customer service!
As others have stated, this place has very sleezy sales tactics. I decided to stop my subscription but nowhere on their website can you find the link to unsubscribe. The good reviews are friends of Iconscout just to try to pump up business.
Amazing aniamted icons but TIRREBLE billing... They only bill yearly but the prices are published for montly billing... VERY BAD sales tactics... If you only need 1, 2 or so icons, you have to pay more than 140$ for the monthly suscription.

!!! DESIGNERS BEWARE !!!Absolutely terrible service. When you first use Iconscout, you are given the option to subscribe for a monthly fee with features. Upon reading this, i willingly subscribed only to find out that I was billed for a large fee of $155.99 I then contacted support for a refund, and they weren’t willing to refund me even though I’ve only literally used one asset. Had I known I wasn’t going to be refunded I wouldn’t have used anything. Had I known their subscription plans were only available on a yearly basis, i would have never subscribed. Shame on you Iconscout for taking…
TRAGIC business model where the only pricing option is to pay $155 upfront, even if you want to download single icon. No returns, if you use even 1 icon, they refuse to give you refund. Terrible business model. Will find alternatives.
Iconscout is a great place filled with very talented team. They have created many products and one of them is myscout which is extremely useful. The environment is very beautiful and peaceful.
The Young Team has created an excellent resource Iconscout, that conquers the market and provides a great opportunity for users and the development of designers. The team did a great job and continues to improve. I wish them good luck, I believe in their goals!
