Great stay overall. The area was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the visit, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Everything was absolutely spotless.Huge compliments to the cleaning staff for their excellent work. The Valentine’s Day decoration was such a beautiful touch and made our stay feel extra special. You can really tell that the team puts care and attention into every detail. Thank you for the lovely surprise and the warm atmosphere ♥️ truly appreciated!
Very disappointing experience at Ikon Hotel, Limassol. Staff were rude and aggressive. Our confirmed reservation was changed and relocated without our consent. Room issues were ignored, hotel rules were not provided, and the manager refused to communicate. We planned to stay longer but were forced to move to another hotel and lost money — no refund, compensation, or rescheduling was offered. At exactly 12:00, we were threatened with security, and housekeeping entered the room and started cleaning while we were still packing. An exceptional stay at Hotel ICON. From the elegant, beautifully appointed rooms to the impeccable service, every detail felt thoughtfully curated. The restaurant experience was outstanding—exceptional cuisine complemented by remarkably attentive, polished staff who made each meal feel special. A truly luxurious hotel with world-class service throughout. Highly recommended.
I stayed at The Icon for two nights with my boyfriend, and we were truly impressed.The entire hotel was exceptionally clean, but what stood out the most was the amazing work of the housekeeping team the room was always spotless, perfectly organized, and smelled incredible every time we walked in. The atmosphere of the hotel was relaxing and peaceful, which helped us unwind and rest so much during our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!
Stayed in a basic sea view room, nice and warm and clean. Not many toiletries just basics, not shampoo or shower cap etc.. nice touch the Gin and tonic. Lovely views, relaxing room. It was all in all ok.
A fantastic experience at The Icon. First time staying in an apartments hotel and it exceeded my expectations completely. Very friendly and accommodating staff (shout out to Christos), very large apartments all with sea view and well furnished and equipped. Pool access with beds costs €10 but worth it, plus it's not packed mid week. Well located - Bus right below the hotel, adjacent supermarket and a great Thai massage. Free parking. Will come back.
