Another luxury high rise for a blue collar city. Further pushing those barely able to make rent further into poverty. All thanks to NY developers lining the pockets of city politicians. Just wait b/c 18th and Sansom high rise is next.
Beautiful place to live if you can afford it and like the city life.. Nice part of Philly,
Beautiful addition to the skyline and to the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood. Looking forward to touring the completed project!
An iconic building on Rittenhouse Square. Amazing views and top notch amenities. I’m excited for the building to officially open.

I can’t wait to see The Laurel to be completed. Adding a beautiful building like this is so exciting for our neighborhood. I really think The Laurel is just what the Square needs!
Gorgeous building that is a perfect addition to the beautiful Philadelphia skyline! I can’t wait to see the finished product!
This looks like it will be the capstone piece to Rittenhouse Square. The model is beautiful, with a towering look over the Philadelphia skyline. And a safe walking distance to great eateries of all types. This is where I want to live in Philly.
Can’t wait for the Laurel Rittenhouse to finish construction and open up. I’m excited to see the finished high rise which as you can see is looking awesome thus far (12/2021)
