The location is beautiful. I can't complain about the location however this building is a nightmare, a lot of hidden costs. The common room is expensive! It's not just a deposit you have to pay, It's also another almost $100/ per hr on top of deposit. The bills for heat are above average, and our heat has been off! The Parking overnight is an extra $10 for guests. My parking spot for car is $175 per month. To sum it up the rent might look cheap but the hidden costs add up!
I lived at Fynn for some time and I can honestly say it was one of the best rental experiences I’ve ever had. The building itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained with great amenities, but what really sets Fynn apart is the management, specifically the property manager, Analiza. From day one, Analiza went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents. I LOVE my apartment at FYNN. The floor plan, rent, amenities, community and building management are the best. If I ever move, I'll stick with a Wesgroup building.
Anna, Mirasol and Steven deserve 10stars for their excellent customer service. So lucky and happy to move in to Fynn. It has been over 3 months now and I am so happy with the location, its new, clean, safe and close to all the suburbs. Competitive rental pricing and great management. Wes group is a reliable developer.

The building is new with great amenities, and the building managers are fantastic. They go above and beyond in service requests and keep everything running smoothly. They go out of their way to fix issues, and make sure that the building is operating well. They create a sense of community in the building with their kind and caring demeanour. They care about the people and the place and could not ask for better managers when living in a new place.
We moved into Fynn expecting it to be move-in ready, but it fell short of promises. We experienced an unstable hot water supply early on, which management attributed to other units’ usage and couldn’t fix. The soundproofing is poor—doors bang constantly, and walls shake due to the design of the door joints. Management was understanding but said nothing could be changed. One elevator frequently breaks down, sometimes leaving only one operational during weekends in a building with many units. I’ve really enjoyed my time at Fynn Building. The place is always clean and well taken care of. The management team is kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about the people living here. It’s been a great experience. I’d definitely recommend it!
