I have toured The Kelsey last weekend, and overall, it was a great experience. The community was clean, well‑kept, and quiet. Even though, I didn't have an appointment, the property manager Cris gave me a full tour after a short wait. There are plenty of amenities to enjoy. I especially liked the well-equipped gym, the sizable main pool and the dog spa because I am a dog owner. For anyone looking for a comfortable, well‑managed property in North Austin, The Kelsey is definitely worth considering.
I been living in Kelsey for 8 months and I can’t wait to my lease ends!! Let’s start for the most recent problem I had, homeless people camp on the back woods is horrible homeless people is always burning stuff in the wood and you never can have the windows open, this last weekend one of my neighbors decided that the parking lot it was good place to have sex outside of their car, one of my neighbors was high one morning all aggressive he decided to chase me on the highway almost killing me and this happened on August and at this point olí haven’t heard nothing from Chris ( manager), so r…
the monthly and semi weekly events are so fun!! the management and staff are always friendly and helpful. maintenance responds to requests in a timely manner and they are very knowledgeable and quick. the units are up to date and very clean. the pool during the summer time is AMAZING! the bbq area in the pool is a good amenity to have when you’re hanging out and want to grill. i have nothing but good things to say about this complex.
I’ve been living at The Kelsey Apartment Homes for a while now and I genuinely love it here. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always helpful whenever I need anything. They regularly organize community events which makes living here feel more like a real community, not just an apartment complex. It’s such a nice touch and something you don’t see everywhere. They also offer great move-in specials and promotions from time to time. If you’re thinking about moving, I definitely recommend checking this place out!

I absolutely love living here! The property is beautifully maintained and always looks so clean and inviting. I especially love that they have two pools — it’s such a great perk and makes the community feel like a resort. The personal business pods are also a huge bonus and perfect for working from home or taking meetings without distractions. The amenities are amazing, and everything is thoughtfully designed. It truly feels like a place you’re proud to call home. Highly recommend!
This is the worst apartment complex in the whole city. Don’t get me wrong they have okay amenities and decent incentives. However dealing with them it’s a hustle. First of all the elevators are never working. They are always out of business for weeks. They will make your life miserable ! They are stealing from me. Hear the story. I lived there for 12 month and move out ~ 6 months ago. They sent me to collections for an amount that they know I don’t owe them. I had a great experience when I went to look at an apartment here. Alicia helped me during my visit, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt informed the entire tour. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely kind, which made a big difference in my experience. I really was impressed by how the office was ran and how I was helped! I recently had a tour with Diego as I was weighing my options between a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom apartment. He showed me several different units, all of which were very clean and well maintained. I also appreciated that many of the apartments are located within the interior of the community, which made it feel quieter and more private—especially for a newer property.
