The display centre showcases a typical layout of a 2bdr + MPR but the internal proportions are not standard (e.g. super high (4m?) ceilings with tall but narrow doorways), hollow-sounding doors, doors and cabinetry that don't close properly, synthetic carpets... if this is a sample of their product quality and workmanship, it leaves a lot to be desired. The site location is located between Talavera Road and the busy M2, and the ample traffic noise just bounces off the buildings. The elevated podium supposedly adds 3000+m2 of communal space but I doubt it would do much to minimise the noise…
Thanks to Lizzie for her helpful guidance on such a remarkable project!

Terrible customer facing / sales person. Unwelcoming body language, tone and questions. Not at all interested in listening / conversation, answered my questions with a question or condescending statements like there are 300 apartments and I can’t show you everything. Glad that I didn’t waste too much time, I cut the conversation short and left.
Service was very unhelpful and unprofessional. Lack of consideration towards guests/visitors
The two staff members were the most unprofessional and disappointing hospitality staff I've ever experienced.
Perfect experience with the Meriton sales team there. We arrived at 5pm on a Saturday when they start closing. But they invited us in and spent an hour to introduce the product. We ended up buying an apartment for investment. Wonderful sales team there with professional yet friendly attitude. Highly recommend.
