  • I moved into this stunning property last week and it is amazing. A brand new apartment community right across the street from Kierland Commons and within walking distance of Scottsdale Quarter, this beautiful community has it all… stunning pool with fountain and courtyards, lots of different community living spaces including a sky deck, media space, living areas, co working areas, conference rooms, hotel like lobby spaces and several courtyards. The leasing team was awesome… shout out to Glenn and Catherine for doing such a great job and making my transition so easy. The individual apartments…
  • I’ve been renting apartments for years and have always regretted signing leases for longer than 12 months. I’ve been living here since November and I’ve had little to no issues at all. The only issues I’ve had are pretty much small stuff that you can expect from a brand new building but the maintenance team is great and resolved everything fast. Catherine and Glenn have always made sure I was happy with my unit and have always helped me with anything I needed thus far. This by far is a building I should’ve signed for longer!
  • We toured many new build mid rise apartments in the area and only a few stood out as unique and welcoming. Ultimately we decided to apply at Modera Kierland. This complex is so beautiful and full of real amenities. Glenn the leasing agent also stood out from the rest I met on my long apartment search so I’d ask for him.
  • Recently toured with Glenn and he was fantastic!! He really went above and beyond to make sure we saw every possible unit that we might like and answered all of our follow up questions. The building is beautiful and seems really well-maintained.

  • We genuinely love living here. Catherine, Glenn, and the entire team are wonderful and make day to day life in the building easy and stress free. They are always kind, responsive, and helpful, and it really shows that they care about us. The building itself is in excellent shape. Everything is brand new, clean, and well maintained, and maintenance is consistently on top of things. Any issue that comes up gets handled quickly and without hassle. This is honestly the best building we have ever lived in. The team is what really makes the difference and turns a great building into a great place…
  • My experience has been fantastic at this community. If you’re looking for a new apartment, definitely take the time to schedule a tour. Cruz, Danny and David are always willing to assist with maintenance requests and keep the property very clean. They have to be the best maintenance crew in the city. Catherine and the leasing office team are always available for a friendly conversation or to assist with a concern. My favorite amenity here is the putting green and the massive parking garage.
  • Amazing condo on every level. No detail is spared and the folks working there truly care about the residents and the living experience for folks in the community. Location is really good. Garage door works like a rocket. Pool is phenomenal and shared amenities are also worth the rent itself. A weird positive, it smells good.
  • I resided at Modera Kierland and I can wholeheartedly say it is one of the best apartments I've ever lived in. The overall quality of the construction and upscale finishes are definitely a step above. Ashlee and her staff are extremely accomodating and work very hard to make sure everthing is right. Everyone is super friendly and really welcomes you into the community. I had to relocate due to some work issues and Ashlee really went the extra mile to help me out. My suggestion to anyone looking to live in north Scottsdale to put Modera Kierland at the top of your list of places to live.
