I love to Jog here in the Morning, there are several amenities here if you are a resident. Pool, Tennis Court, Basketball. But it gets uncomfortable sometimes when you walk and jog around because there are untidy Dog Walkers here Big and small letting them dump their poop along the Walkway, and flies are getting attracted. Bad odor also.
Place is clean. Plenty of parking. Good for activities. Malawak din siya. May pool, court, tennis court, baseball and open field.

It's hard to find the exact place, you will need to search the exact full address location so that you can find it or else you will be lost.
Very close to our house so it is very convenient. It has a pho150 per head charge and the cottage cost us php200. Not bad. 😊 Although pool is kinda warm.
Clubhouse is equipped with function room, swimiing pool, basketball, tennis courts and jogging paths. Resto bars are also present inside. Homeowners office is also located in the same area.
The Clubhouse and the Homeowners Association office are located in landscaped compound at the corner of Tulip and Fiddlewood Street.
