Thank you Kyler & Landon, our trusty maintainance guys for promptly coming to my rescue today. They got my toilet working in short time. We're fortunate to have such a great team.

Kylen and Landon did a great job servicing my apartment! They were both kind, respectful, and timely!
My family and I stayed in one of the rental apartments on a recent vacation. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the luxurious amenities of this beautiful property. The pool and hot tub were just gorgeous and kept at a very comfortable temperature. The apartment was stylishly furnished and stocked with all the things we needed. The staff were kind, hospitable, and helpful. You can tell that the people who work there take pride in caring for this property. Will definitely come back in the future!
San Portales is an absolutely amazing place to live. I like to test the waters prior to being able to give an honest opinion in regards to any establishment. After living here for nearly 3 months, I have nothing but amazing things to say. The leasing office goes above and beyond to accommodate all of their tenants. Maintenance is also top notch (that said, I've only had to call them once - which also speaks volume to the build quality.) Beyond the excellent service, the community is consistently cleaned and maintained to uphold their high standards. I have and will continue to recommend San…
