Very quiet and peaceful condo. Respectful neighbours. Well maintained and good juristic office. The only downside is that parking fee for guests - a 1,000 THB / day. No stamp system. I live on the 7th floor, nice city view 🏙️!!

The place itself is nice and perfectly located between bts and mrt. U even have El Mercado when u miss food from home. It is clean no cockroach and calm. The gym is enough and swimming pool rarely occupied. The only problem actually is the staff... Never seen anybody that careless. If the only problem was that they didn't speak English it would be cool. But they r very not concerned and not useful at all. My experience is from 2020. Hope it changed for the best.

Great location. 10min walk from the blue line (metro) and 15min walk to the green line (skytrain) or hop on a motortaxi for 35-70baht to drop you off anywhere down town. Always 2 security guards on duty, they are really friendly. Complex has a small pool and a gym

Good location for that new condo The price rental are correct For sale Verry expensive for small room like hotel room. All staff are kind exept the Manager of office who have verry bad behavior with everyoone She always enoy everyoone and dont do a good job The floor around swingpool and garden have to be fix She lock the car and make you pay 3000 baths if you park your car and have a motorbyke Cannot have the both inside condo Noone speak english The condo is new but will go done easy if she dont take care good and just try to take money from resident Fee 2000 baths is you stay in garden…

Airbnb rentals are not allowed and illegal in this place. DON’T believe the agent!!! Traveller will be reported to immigration department and forced to leave immediately.

Due to open soon. The build quality seems ok and layout portraits a community feel. I hope the roof is eventually finished and utilised. Great location for access to the Mrt underground train, which also has a one stop link to the bts sky train. Good street system means you can access from the main roads from many directions.
