I’ve lived in this condo for a while, and unfortunately, the management experience has been less than welcoming. It almost feels a bit like stepping into that wizarding bank from Harry Potter Gringotts where you walk in and instantly sense a kind of chilly, stern atmosphere. Instead of feeling like the residents’ needs are a priority, you kind of get the vibe that you’re being scrutinized or that you’re inconveniencing them just by asking for basic help. Instead of a friendly environment, it feels more like you’re dealing with distant, slightly forbidding gatekeepers. I really hope they can…
I lived in this building for over a year, really liked it !!! Great views and a nice location!
Management is terrible one of the worst management I have ever seen don’t get me wrong you get a beautiful view of Humber bay park and everything but the way they manage things are disappointing.

Today is May 24th, and it has been nearly five months since the pool was closed for maintenance. Even if a brand-new pool were being built, it shouldn’t take this long! The last update we received (as shown above) stated that the pool would be ready by the end of April. Now, we’re approaching the end of May, with no further updates at all! It’s hard to believe this is happening in 2025!
The Management Office at this building is nothing short of amazing. Kristina, Viola, Marsid & Ricardo are a pleasure to communicate with! I always feel acknowledged and accommodated. Keep it up team, we appreciate your hard work.
Alot has changed since some of the not so great comments. The alarms do not go off anymore!! Its a beautiful building with great views of the water depending on your unit. Amenities are great and I have personally never experienced any issues with the concierge although some need training on how to be more personable, this is home to many of us. I do agree that residents should have parking for visitors as it can get VERY expensive. Overall though I love the area and being so accessible to everything I need.
This is still under construction. One of the top 5 condominium building in Canada. Close to public transit and beautiful parks. Amazing views to downtown and Lake Ontario. Some days views are so beautiful. Like today in the morning. Best place to wake up and see amazing sunrise!
