The maintenance team is super helpful, although I wasted their time two times. I asked about a drawer issue that was not an issue lol and they were always very quick to help. They also helped me find my mailbox when I told them my key didn’t work when I just went to the wrong box. Very good customer service. Friendly and efficient.
It’s been at least 5 months of complaining constantly to management about people smoking weed. The odor comes into the apartment all day everyday. Midnight, 6am, 3pm, it doesn’t matter. We aren’t allowed to have A/C so not like I can close my windows. I have young children & having them exposed to smelling that 24/7 isn’t good. I’m more concerned for my children, other children and other people more than myself. We know it’s the same individual(s) for the most part, but they continue to smoke weed and break the house rules. If any action is being taken my management, it isn’t enough. All…
We just moved in a few days ago and did run into a few issues at move-in. While the apartment had been cleaned overall, it wasn’t deeply cleaned. There were spider webs and fruit flies inside the light fixtures, dead fruit flies in several areas, stains on one side of the toilet, and the window seals were extremely dirty. When moving into a new apartment, especially one previously occupied, you expect it to feel spotless, and that wasn’t quite the case for us. That said, the staff was accommodating and responsive to our concerns, which we truly appreciated. This was my boyfriend’s and my…
Thank you so much! My son locked himself in the bedroom and thanks to Bond he was able to unlock the door despite me shoving a plastic chopstick in the key hole trying to open it myself. Bond helped me save alot of $$$ cause the door didn't need to be broken down. Thank you so much Bond. I appreciate it☺️🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

At 4pm on a Sunday I noticed a leak under my kitchen sink. I put in the work order and within 15 minutes there was a knock on my door from the maintenance team. The technician, Bond, was lovely and efficient and even stayed longer than his shift end time to finish the job. I was very impressed!
Don’t live here if you are active duty military. The leasing agents are great and super personable; don’t let them convince you to live here. I wish I had listened to the bad reviews. Management does NOT care about your experience here as a tenant. They recently just screwed up the parking horribly. Now everyone parks in the fire lane (has to be illegal). They are yet to acknowledge their screw up, going so far as to tell a pregnant couple to back in a different way; Instead of giving them a new spot. I was towed after parking in an open stall after vague instructions on parking. Alongside…
The moving in process has been so smooth and the staff are very welcoming, kind and honest. The security guard named Dennis toured us around the whole complex on our day of moving in. He was very funny and made us feel safe about our decision to live here. We’re super excited, thank you Dennis, Elise, Charlene, and all the leasing staff.
UPDATED!!! First off, we put in our service request and had someone out here within the day, and it was a weekend - so thank you for that! Second, we had Frank come out to fix our rust spot in our tub and he was in and out, explained the process, and even left us a fan to make sure it cured and dried perfectly (so we never have any issues with water and rust again). It’s definitely been a great experience since moving in. Thank you Frank! (They even left us a mat to put down too!) UPDATES: Currently we’ve been here for about 10 months, we moved from an iffy apartment in Virginia that was…
