Nice and beautiful condo to live in
Beautiful Nature,..swimmingpools... Tenniscourt... Jim... Variety plants...cooling... Good atmosphere... I really enjoyed all the facilities in the condo. The quiet study room,reading room entertainment room,poolside grills, garden side grills, the spacious and cosy function plus dining room. The condo provides the free shuttle bus to Clementi MRT. Many bus stops at the back gate and front gate, which is very convenient to go to Downtown area in just half an hour. I like this condo very much
Security guards. We get that you're just doing your job, but there's no need to be condescending and nasty. There's an Indian lady that's polite and professional when we tried to handle some miscommunications, but the Chinese guy on duty was totally power tripping and rude. Do you think we'd go through so much trouble if we knew the rules about moving beforehand? We weren't even moving furniture it was just luggages and bags of daily necessities. Respect goes both ways, no need to speak to people like we're idiots. But thanks to the management for being flexible and kind nonetheless.
Well maintained, quiet and with all the necessary facilities. Even though MRT is 12mins walk away, there are shuttle bus available at frequent timings. Many coffee shops nearby. Once the developments nearby are completed, walking to MRT or sportshall will be very much shorter.

Beautiful layout. Excellent maintaince. Feels like a resort. Bubble pools a great fun. Pool side grill good place to entertain. Facilities should be improved.
Place is nice. But I have had one or two negative experiences with the security guards. Some of them can be quite condescending, or rude. Most are OK. Just that handful that make me super annoyed.
Lovely condo, but be careful with the Frank Knight management company. They make it incredibly easy to pay them a deposit for the facilities, but getting it back from them is a several month long process with no cooperation from their side.
Great seaview and pool view condo. Facilities are nice and it's so near to all the top schools around Clementi. Bus stop within 3 min outside the NUS high. Also food court and supermarket within a min walk to the HDB. Very convenient and tick all the boxes of the family.
