Although I ultimately won’t be moving into this building due to budget constraints, I felt compelled to leave a review because my experience was truly wonderful. Nikki was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming from start to finish. She even offered my dogs treats, which meant so much to me as a dog mom. The entire staff was pleasant, welcoming and helpful. You can really feel the positive energy here. I genuinely wish I could make it work because this is the kind of place you want to live.
Tiana, Nikki, and Chris have been great people to work with. They went through more than plenty of options with me. Showed me multiple units and were very patient. The building smells great and the location is prime. Excited to move in !!
I had the pleasure of touring apartments with Tiana, and she was amazing throughout the entire process. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made everything feel easy and stress-free. The building we toured was super nice, very clean, and well maintained, and Tiana did a great job walking me through all the details and answering every question. Even though I ultimately decided to move to Naples instead, I truly appreciated her time, effort, and positive energy. I would absolutely recommend Tiana to anyone looking for an apartment!
The leasing department was incredibly welcoming, kind, and patient with all of my questions. I’ve been here for about two weeks, and it has been nothing but a positive experience. I work from home and regularly use the office areas, enjoy the coffee, use the pool, and go to the gym every day. I’ve had two maintenance issues so far, and both were addressed the same day, which I really appreciated. I noticed some previous reviews mentioned elevator issues, but I personally haven’t experienced any problems, so it seems like that may have been resolved. It’s a quiet community, and I’m really…

I live here; gorgeous building, location and pool deck. Half the time I feel like I'm staying at a resort. Never want to move out. I Love it here. ❤️
I've only been here a short time but the building has been everything I hoped for. I had no issues on move in. The leasing staff is friendly and helpful (Thanks Tiana!). I hear what people are saying about elevators in other reviews; but honestly every apartment has issues with elevators and the other day they sent a full page long email about all the steps they're taking with preventative maintenance to make sure they stay in service--which is more communication than I've gotten anywhere else I've lived.
As a resident at novo, I have enjoyed my time and experience here! The maintenance team Tim and Jose are amazing. The office staff and management are always so kind and supportive. Oh, and the indoor dog park is a life saver!
This is our home now, very excited to find this peaceful part of “New York vibe” in Miami! I live here more then 1,5 months and I’m still exited every morning ❤️ Special thanks to Tiana - she is the best in managing all the deals and questions!
